The cottage was, like, totally charming! Super clean and cozy, with everything we needed. The location was lit, just steps from Duval. We had our own cute little patio for drinks. But, like, we wanted to stay longer—two nights was not enough!

The Two-Bedroom Suite had a spacious living room and kitchen, perfect for unwinding after a day out. It offered the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable seating for relaxing evenings.

Arriving and accessing the apartment was a hassle due to malfunctioning Wi-Fi-operated locks, requiring assistance from a cleaning staff member to get inside. The parking situation was frustrating. only three spots available for four units, and it came at an extra cost of $20 per day, which feels excessive. There were concerns with overall communication. some critical information regarding access was not clearly provided beforehand, leading to confusion on arrival.

Staying in the Two-Bedroom Suite was fantastic! The apartment had a spacious living room and kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Location was superb, just a short walk to Duval Street, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife. Daily cleaning added a nice touch with fresh towels. Parking was available, and the ability to park right in front of the unit was convenient. However, getting into the apartment was tricky due to Wi-Fi-operated locks that often malfunctioned. It took help from the cleaning lady to gain entry on check-in day, which was frustrating. If they could improve the lock system, I'd definitely return.

Great stay at the cottage! Clean, spacious, and just steps away from Duval. Loved chilling on the porch with a drink after exploring. Only downside was the parking situation, which can be tricky.

the old town suites had a perfect location just off duval street, making it easy to explore everywhere. our cottage was spacious and clean, with great a/c. george provided amazing customer service, attending to all our needs.
